Grant Cotter burst onto the comedy scene with his high-energy style, quick wit, and rapid-fire delivery, quickly becoming a favorite in comedy clubs across the country.
Born in London, raised in San Diego, and shipped off to Catalina Island, Grant spent his early years chasing a dream of becoming a professional skateboarder. When that plan didn’t pan out, he leaned into his other talent: making people laugh.
He first gained national attention on MTV's Jerks With Cameras and has since performed at the Netflix Is A Joke Comedy Festival. His television credits include Comedy Central's Up Next, Bounce TV's Off The Chain, and NBC's Last Call with Carson Daly. He was also featured in the acclaimed documentary Dying Laughing.
Grant made history as the first comedian to headline the comedy stage on the Vans Warped Tour and later performed at Funny Or Die's Oddball Comedy Festival.
During the pandemic, he expanded into unscripted television development, working with Bunim/Murray Productions and Amazon MGM Studios on projects for Amazon MGM Studios, Paramount+, Tubi, MTV, BET, OWN, TBS, and the HISTORY Channel.
Grant is also a proud alumnus of the prestigious Television Academy Foundation Internship Program and Los Angeles City College.
